As you have not provided your rank it is a bit tough to say but speaking generally if your rank is close to the 1st list closing rank you will have high chances to get admission in NLU Odisha. If you think that your rank is quite behind from the closing rank of 1st list you will need to wait for other rounds.

The fee for NLU Ranchi for the LLM course is around 2Lakhs.it includes admission fee, semester fee, internet charges, support service charges, hostel rent, library security, mess security, hostel security. Total goes up to 2.3lakh.

As you can see you need to secure a decent rank to have good chances to get seat in an NLU. Cut off changes every year, it may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. If you wish to get admission in NLU then you have to appear for CLAT 2022 and secure a decent rank.

According to you,  you have an OBC quota and also your AIR 33000. There is a minimum chance to get admission to NLUs. According to the previous years, the closing rank for OBC category in different NLUs are given below:-
