Hello Aspirant,

As per the eligibility to apply for CLAT Entrance Exam you should be passed class or appearing class 12th. Pursuing class 11th students are not eligible to apply for CLAT Exam.

Coming to your other query related withdraw the seat in CLAT-

As per the official, If you go for Withdraw option then it means you want to withdraw from the CLAT seat allotment process and DO NOT want the seat allotted to you from CLAT.

Further, it also means that you do not wish to participate in any further seat allocation and your name will be removed from the CLAT allotment process. You will have to provide your Bank name, account holder name, Account no and IFSC code of the bank account to which you want to get the refund. You will be provided a refund of INR 40,000 after deducting an amount of INR 10,000 as processing fee.

Requests to restore the status of the seat after Withdraw will not be considered.

Hello,

The admission in NLUs is purely based on CLAT entrance exam.

You must have secured at least 45% marks in
aggregate of the total marks and if belonging to SC/ST category, they should
have a minimum of 40% marks.

Hello
If you are expecting a score of 140-150 than you might have chances of getting into GNLU, NLU Bhopal, nlu Jodhpur or nlu Mumbai. You do have chances of getting into one of the good rank college but I would suggest you to wait for the results to come because anything can happen at last moment. Once the results are out we could give a better and definite advice.
So let's just wait and keep fingers crossed and hope for the best.
I hope this helps you and if you have any more questions please drop a comment below.
Best of luck.

Hello aspirant,

The National Law University requires you to pass you 10+2 with more than 50% marks. Since you have 52% , you are completely eligible for NLU. You can study there if you clear the entrance exam(AILET) and secure a seat. All the best!

Hey.

Firstly, admission in National Law University, delhi is done through AILET and not CLAT. Admission in all other NLUs except NLU Delhi is done through CLAT. The eligibilty criteria for both is the same that you firstly need to pass in your class 12th board exams from a recognised board. You also need to score a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in 12th boards to be eligible. Considering this you seem to be eligible for both CLAT and AILET.

Best of luck.

College Infrastructure

Our library and classrooms are brilliant. There is a lot of space available. Recently, our campus has become denser due to NCR reservations. Wi-Fi quality is down, but it is still good. The food is fine. Sports facilities are also improved gradually.
