With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 7000-8300 in SC category. Even with your UP domicile it may be a little difficult to get into RMLNLU, Lucknow but you can surely look out for NLUs like Shimla or Jabalpur. You've a decent score and you can definitely get a good college. So check out some good private colleges also like ICFAI, Dehradun or Jindal global law school or you can check out some IPUs also.

All the very best

Congratulation! You have a decent score. And your chances of getting admission in top 10 NLUs is very high. Surely you will get admsn in one of the NLUs.

According to me , with 133 Marks you will get admsn in NALSAR, HYDERABAD OR WBNUJS, KOLKATA.

HOPE FOR BEST.

GOOD LUCK!

Hello Aman,

According to the Rank Predictor Tool, your rank comes somewhere around 6,883 to 8,083. Since you have a UP Domicile, you will get an advantage in RMNLU Lucknow.

As per 2018 cutoff trends, the cutoff rank for State SC candidates was 4720 for B.A.LLB.

In 2017, the cutoff was ranging from 9754 to 11362 for State SC candidates for the same course.

So, as it seems, you have a very slight chance of getting admission in the above NLU as there is a lot of difference between your predicted rank and the cutoff rank.

The last cutoff at MNLU Aurangabad was expected to end at 4000 rank last year so you have a slight chance of getting admission at any NLU for that matter.

I suggest looking out for other institutes which accept CLAT score and keep your options open as your expected scores and ranks don't match the previous year cutoffs.

If you do better then you expect, then there is still some hope but do keep your options open.

All the Best!

Good luck

Yes Shivangini this is High cutoff is expected due to easy paper. Cutoff may change because it depends upon a lot of factors like no of seats in the college, no of candidates applied, difficulty level of the exam etc.

GNLU - Gandhinagar  - 118

HNLU - Raipur - 116.5

RMLNLU - Lucknow - 115.25

RHNLU - Patiala - 113

NLU - Mumbai - 116. 25

Hope for best!

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 6000-7200 in NRI category and considering the closing ranks and the number of seats available in NLUs for NRI candidates you have less chances of getting them but since you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely check out for some other good colleges in IPU or some private college.

With 68 marks, your predicted rank is 11k-12k in the general merit list. Your marks are qualifiable to get into any MPDNLU Jabalpur in the 1st cutoff. But keeping in mind the difficulty level of this year's paper and that this prediction is solely based on previous years' trends, the cutoff trend might see a change. You can check your rank here:

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11000-12600 in SC category and considering the closing ranks for NLU Jabalpur and the number of seats available, chances are a little less even for the reserved category to get the college but you can definitely look out for some other good colleges like UPES Dehradun or ICFAI Dehradun with your rank. They also have good academics. So hope for the best you'll get a decent college.

All the best

Hello aspirant!

I am sorry to disappoint you that you will not be able to get any NLU or a good private College for 5 year LLB. This will be the case in if you belong to the general category. If you belong to some other category then you should check out the CAREERS360 College Predictor to know your college from the exam.

Hello Divyang,

According to the Rank Predictor Tool, and assuming you are from the general category, your probable rank range comes in between 1,525 to 2,225.

As per the previous year cutoff trends, you might have a chance in the following institutes -

  • CNLU Patna - closing score of 104.5 and rank of 1600.
  • DSNLU Visakhapatnam - closing score of 92 and rank of 3500.
  • NLUO Cuttack - closing score of 104.5 and rank of 1600.
  • NUSRL Ranchi - closing score of 97 and rank of 2600.
  • NLUJAA Guwahati - closing score - 92, rank - 3500.
  • TNLLS Tiruchirapalli - closing score - 92, rank - 3500.
  • MNLU Nagpur - score - 90, rank - 4000.
  • MNLU Aurangabad - score - 90, rank - 4000.

If your actual score comes even better than the expected one, you might have a better chance at better NLUs.

All the Best!

College Infrastructure

Our library and classrooms are brilliant. There is a lot of space available. Recently, our campus has become denser due to NCR reservations. Wi-Fi quality is down, but it is still good. The food is fine. Sports facilities are also improved gradually.

Best college life experience in the best college.
