Hey.
If you score around 90 marks in CLAT and belong to the OBC category, you might have chances for admission in Lower/middle NLUs. Your domicile would also matter a lot in this. Some NLUs have seats reserved for all categories of their domiciled students. So in such a case you'd have better chances of selection. The cut off marks in CLAT varies a lot each year, sometimes 100+ are required sometimes 110+. So a more accurate estimate can  be made only after the ranks are declared. Just on the basis of estimate marks, you can't be really sure of your chances. It would depend a lot on the level of paper and competition this year.
Best of luck!

Dear VAGISH KUMAR,

Last year, the cutoff mark for the Jabalpur NLU for the SC category was 44.75. So, as you got 68 marks, there is a pretty good chance that you will be called for counseling in NLU Jabalpur. Your CLAT rank could be anywhere between 11000 and 12000. All the best !!!!

Hope my answer helped, don't hesitate to ask any further doubts.

Hey Umanath!

As you are aware, CLAT 2019 was a cakewalk for most students and hence the cutoffs are expected to move north of 145+ for the top 3 NLUs. For the next 5 the cutoffs would be near 130+.

But there is a high probability that you might make into the lower NLUs or in the last lists of the top ten NLUs. If you hold a state domicile, you might make in the college in your state in the second or third lists itself.

Hope for the best. Good luck.

Hello
A score of 115 under obc category you will get one of the college and even in the worst scenario you have cnlu. Till now as per previous years cut off trends 99 is the lowest score for obc so in that way you are safe to get a nlu.
I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please drop a comment below.
Best of luck.

Hi Jasmine!

Congratulations! It is a good score. As per 2018 you need to score 140 out of 200 to get into top 3 NLU's.

You have a less chance to get into top NLU's. But you have a chance to get into top 10 NLU's.

Hello Raj,

Your marks are too less to get any nlu. Anyone who gets around 100 marks can have some chances of getting admission in nlu. So you have two options.

First one is that you skip this year and prepare for next year CLAT exam.

Second option is that you can take admission in any other Law School (other than nlu). for instance there are various colleges in IP University like vips or the main campus of University.

Hope this would help you.

Hello Shiv,

The score of 105 is good enough for getting admission in the any of the nlu. So you have a chance for getting nlu . You can refer the below mentioned list for choosing your desireous college.

Hey Amisha!

Congratulations on the scores, for general category the usual cut offs for NLU is always above 110. so 140 is a really good score according to that.

There are huge chances that you will get NLU,Cuttack and NLU, delhi as per your tags So be prepared fro your personal interview and please keep yourself updated with the issue regarding the answer key as well.

Please go through the link for better understanding;https://law.careers360.com/clat-college-predictor

All the best!

With 110 your rank will be somewhere below 1600, so in general category chances are a little less that you'll get NLU Jabalpur even with the state domicile. But you should have high hopes because ultimately your rank depends on how others perform. So you may have a chance also if few people are there from your state. But you have a high chance of getting some good private colleges like Jindal Global law school or Nirma University.

All the best

College Infrastructure

Our library and classrooms are brilliant. There is a lot of space available. Recently, our campus has become denser due to NCR reservations. Wi-Fi quality is down, but it is still good. The food is fine. Sports facilities are also improved gradually.

Best college life experience in the best college.
