Dear student, PU Patiala is one of the top ranking University in India. Pursuing 5 years integrated law course in this university would be a better option than going for Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. It also provides a bridge between the law codes and students, enhancing their practical and theoretical experience both simultaneously.

Hello,
If i talk about the seat matric first then there are 120 seats each for ba llb and bcom llb in chandigarh campus, and there are 60 such seats in regional centres.
I would like to bring this to your notice that pu prepares provisional and final merit list after adding marks obtained in the entrance exam and others( such as 12 % age). Both the parameters carry equal weitage in the final merit list. Looking at your mark your final score would be something around 67 . With this score you do have  chances of getting chandigarh campus.if not then you can definitely go for the regional campus. As of now it's difficult to put forward any specific predictions.just wait for the final merit list to be out.
Hope this helps
Good luck

Hey.
Considering your score in entrance exam is 21.25 and that your boards exam score is 95.2% you seem to have a less chances for admission in UILS, Chandigarh. The combined merit score will be 57 without adding any weightage if any. As There is 50% weightage for each score both are equally important.
There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
And with your rank and marks in boards your chances seem less for Chandigarh campus and more for regional centres. But wait for the final ranks after combined scores for a better estimate of your chances in Chandigarh.
Best of luck

According to previous year the cut off marks for Gen category are 15/100, that for SC/ST/BC category are 11.25/100. PU will prepare provisional and final merit list after adding marks obtained in entrance exam and others (such as graduation percentage etc) according to their due weightage.

Hello,
As far as i am concercend in 2018 the qualifying marks for general category was 15 out of 100 and for sc,st,bc it was 11.25 .
But i would like to being this to your notice that pu prepares provisional and final merit list after adding marks obtained in the entrance exam and others( such. As graduation percentage etc). There are 300 seats each for LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.
You have scored quite enough in the entrance exam but your graduation score is too low. I fear if it is going to hinder in your admission in pu. As of now just wait for the final list to be out . I belwive you would not be abke to get chandigarh campus . But hope fully you might land up in a regional campus in the subsequent rounds of councelling.
Good luck

Hello aspirant, your marks are quite good in concerns of admission. Get in touch with career360 college predictor to have complete list of colleges you can apply to with this rank and score. All the best

Dear aspirant,

PUCET is a state based exam so there will not be any centres outside the state that is the rule with most state exams. You may have to chose a specific date for PUCET such that it doesn't clash with the date of your advance that's all i can say.

Hey.
There are 300 seats each for LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.
So considering the fact that there is equal a weightage for both entrance ranks and graduation marks you'd require good marks in both for a fair chance of Admission here. A final merit list will be prepared according to your combined scores with weightage is any. As far as the previous year trends of the Chandigarh Campus are concerned, if your combined merit rank under 250 in the general category you can expect a seat in the first counselling itself. The cut off for the subsequents will go higher and there are usually more than 1 counsellings always. With a combined score of more than 65 without weightage you can expect fair chances for Chandigarh Campus in the first counsellings. Also, this is just an estimate rest would depend on the factors this year as the cut off varies each year.
Best of luck
