PU UGLAW Entrance Exam 2018 Eligibility Criteria states that any aspirant who has appeared for/cleared his/her 10+2 exam from the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi or an equivalent exam conducted by a recognised Board/University/Council is eligible to appear for PU Law Entrance Exam.

Panjab University follows the eligibility criteria for Law course admissions as specified by the Bar Council of India in 2010, Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST/BC/PwD) from any recognised Board/University. However, the candidates qualifying 10+2 through Open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses.

Sir, i have laminated my original PU marks card without sign in candidate signature. What to do now??

Hi Janardhana,

There is no issue with that lamination can be removed without any damage. Try contacting the shop where you laminated to peel the lamination off he will do it or suggest ways to remove.

I got 517 rank (48.5 mks) in PU ba llb 5 yrs course entrance exam and my 12th % is 80 %can i get adm in PU (panjab University)

Hello Deepika,
Based on your rank and previous years cutoff trends, you have less chance to get admission there. If you belong to OBC or other category then there are few chance. Since, Seats intake are not so much so competition gets high every year.

The provisional merit list combining the entrances and 12th board exams, for admission in PU in the course of B.A/ Bcom LLb will be released on 16th July, 2019 in the evening.

Considering your rank in the entrance and marks in 12th, you do not seem to have any chance for admission in the UILS, Pu Chandigarh campus if you belong to the general category.
Your chances in Ludhiana are medium and you have more chances for the Hoshiarpur Regional centre.

Considering your rank in the entrance and your marks in 12th boards, your rank in the final merit list is not expected to be very good. Considering this you do not seem to have any chance for admission in PU, Chandigarh in BA LLb, if you belong to the general category. Your chances in the regional centres are less.

Hey Nikita.
There are a total of 240 seats in UILS, PU Chandigarh. 120 seats for BA LLb and 120 seats for BCOM LLb.
60 seats are there in Regional centre of Ludhiana for BA LLB and 60 for regional centre Hoshiarpur for BA LLB.
The final merit list for this will be prepared by adding 50% marks of the entrance test and 12th boards result each. Hence your chances for admission will depend on your rank in the final merit list.
As 53.5% seats are reserved for the general category, the cut off rank of the final merit list ( after adding entrance and boards marks) is usually around 160-170 rank for Chandigarh.

so, about the Poornima university it has a great infrastructure from natural green infrastructure have a lot of ground and trees and about these have great sport playing area from tennis to basketball volleyball kabaddi and football and American football cricket ground and have all necessity things like cool water good room for hosteller and also a good classroom for student and provide every single equipment to study from notebook to your clothes and they provide Wi-Fi smart board too and most useful a skill teacher

My overall experience till now was great

College Infrastructure

At the CAMPUS and at the library, amenities like Wi-Fi and a selection of relevant books and magazines are adequate. The university's infrastructure is excellent and expanding rapidly. The classrooms and labs are immaculately cleaned and well-equipped.
