Also other notable thing is that your rank doesn't exactly shows your performance as there maybe multiple tie ups at various ranks. I would recommend taking up B.Tech from Universities like VIT Vellore as compared to B.Sc. because the career opportunities in B.Tech field especially Computer Science are vast and if you do B.Tech from a reputed college, you are most likely to get good placement considering you are not particularly interested in B.Sc and you see yourself working in companies with a B.Tech degree.

Both universities are top private universities. But LPU is lottle better in terms of placements , faculties and crowd.

Placement cell provides proper training. Students are trained in developing Communication skills, build up confidence of students  and condct mock tests for  interview. 

Faculties are knowledgeable and supportive , curriculum is well updated. teaching methods are new and advanced. 

Also, top reputed companies visit for placements. Students get placed on the basis of their skills and academic performance. Also  they have tie ups with foreign institutes , so students can easily get opportunities to go and work / study abroad. 

Though , both universities have good records but LPU is still little better than SRM.

Both the colleges mentioned by you are the leading private Engineering colleges in the Country. The admissions into integrated courses is done on the basis of marks obtained in the intermediate examination at both the colleges. Out of two, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham edges SRM by small margin but it is also a good college. Amrita, Coimbatore is the second highest ranked private Engineering College in India with amazing infrastructure and well-developed facilities. The faculties are excellent with the clubs working here known all around the globe. The placements too are good with average package around 6 lacs per annum with around 80 percent of the students getting placed.

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology or KIIT Bhubaneswar was established in 1992 by Achyuta Samanta with small finances and a vision to create a university for the benefit of society.  In 2004, KIIT was declared Deemed University by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. There are a total of 7 KIIT University affiliated colleges .

In 2014 KIIT Bhubaneswar achieved ‘Tier 1’ accreditation by NBA. The university has been ranked 17th in the dental category, 39th in the engineering category and 10th under the law category in NIRF 2021 Ranking.  As per the NIR Ranking 2021, the university has secured 36th rank in the medical category,  21st in the university category, 31 in the management category and 39th in the overall category.

This college is best in terms of Infrastructure, placements, Job offers, academics, facilities etc.

SRMJEE pg is a post graduate online exam conducted by SRM Institute of Science and Technology.

The exam is of 2 and a half hours and it has 100 Questions, 10 Questions will be from Mathematics for all PG programs except Bio-Technology and Food Processing.Candidates will be allotted 3 marks for each correct answer and no negative marking for wrong answers.

In order to appear for SRMJEEE exam 2022, you need to be either a citizen of India or a non resident Indian (NRI), PIO or OCI cardholders. There is an option to apply to the International student category, if students do not wish to appear in entrance exam. If you give exam in 2022, you need to complete 16 years of age on or before July 31, 2022.

Placements at SRM University in the cse branch are good. The average package stands there at 7-8L per annum. As such there is no official data branch wise in cse specialisations.

But you can expect a package of 40L but this solely depends on your skills and personal development.

In previous years the highest package offered for CSE was about 7.5 LPA.More than 90% of students are placed in this college.

Top recruiting companies that come to this college are Zoho, Infosys, TCS, IVTL, Wipro etc.

The infrastructure is very good. The classrooms are spacious, the laboratories,  hostels and libraries are also up to the mark.
