SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) is going to be conducted in Remote proctored online exam mode only. So Phase 2 will also be conducted in Remote proctored online exam mode. The phase two is going to be conducted on  April 23 & 24, 2022. SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) has declared the SRMJEEE 2022 result phase 1 on January 24. There is no such provision for sc category.fees to be paid by the students equally of all categories.however they provide scholarship to deserving candidates.

SRM Institute of Science and technology had released the phase 1 results for SRMJEE on 24th January blowing which the the choice filling started yesterday and will continue till today midnight. Aspirants who qualified the SRMJEEE 2022 exam and listed in the rank list are eligible to participate in the SRMJEEE counselling process by visiting the website srmist.edu.in. You need to login by using your email and password and choose the choices in your preference order. Also I want to tell you that there is no concept of cutoff in SRM rather it collects the choices from candidates and allot  them seats based upon their performances in the entrance exam. Now if you do not participate in the first phase counselling most of the seats will be occupied by the candidates and small amount of seats will remain for the next rounds and hence competition for same will increase.

In the main campus of SRM there are around 1600 seats for Computer Science and Engineering so there is a very good chance that you might get one either in core for any specialisations. It cannot be confirmed that you will get a seat in core branch or not because there is a high demand for CS seat the college and there are multiple ties at various ranks. But going along the previous trends it is almost certain that you will find yourself any specialisations in CSE for sure. Also you can opt for information technology or electronics and communication engineering if you do not want to go for specialisations.
