So with regard to your query, firstly the University of Hyderabad does not provide you the Btech courses, the college only provides the Tech course in computer science, which is a five year course. And it know as Integrated Btech+Mtech in Computer Science.

To get admission into this college for this course, you need to write the JEE Mains exam and qualify in it and later on you need to appear for counselling and get admission into the college accordingly. The college fee is INR 2.5 lakh per annum.

AICTE has  directed the PGDM/MBA colleges to offer direct admission in 2021 on the basis of academic scores, to such institutes where MBA entrance tests could not be conducted due to pandemic. You haven't mentioned the name of the course you're enquiring regarding the eligibility criteria, I assume it's MCA since you're already BCA graduate,

admission of MCA program in UoH is done through NIMCET for which the eligibility criteria is passed  BE/BTech or BSc General or Hons/BCA or BIT for a duration of three years having studied mathematics or statistics as one of the subject  in regular or distance mode from a recognized university securing 60% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, additionally as per the official website of UoH at https://scis.uohyd.ac.in/Academic/Admission/mca_admission.php, it does emphasize on having studied mathematics as a core subject at 10+2 level,
