The minimum eligibility criterion required for the candidates is to possess a Bachelor's degree in English or relevant discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. Admission to MA English is done on the basis of entrance tests. so you can do it either form distance mode or from a regular college also.

and yes you are eligible to do masters in engish if you fullfile the requirement.

University of Hyderabad is good for persuing mtech.it has very good education and placement also.many top companies are coming there for recruiting.their faculties are also helpful and focus on overall development of students.so, you have to go for it.

The cut off rank depends upon category as well. As per your rank be it any category, you will definitely get admission in NITs or University of Hyderabad. The cut off rank for NIT is generally around 2,000-5,000.

The highest package for Integrated M.Tech at University Of Hyderabad was Rs.10 LPA and average package is around Rs.4-6 LPA. Companies that visit UOH are Amazon, CISCO, Cognizant, IBM, TCS, Oracle etc.

Dear Aleti Sriram,

The University of Hyderabad admits students into it's 5year Integrated M.Tech in Computer Science through JEE(Main) examination and in order of merit. There are 20 seats available in this seat and as per previous year cut-off records, 1787  in General Category, 712 in General PD, 6192 in OBC, 3571 in SC and 1202 in ST. The cut-offs might be similar this year as well. Do try your luck. The classes will commence on 16th of July and the results are expected to be published at least a week prior to that.

i would like to tell you that if we are disscussing about B.tech in any university of india it award us with the degree of b.tech after 4 years but i would also like to tell you that you have to do minimum three internships to complete the b.tech accourding to the new rules and regulation of ministery of HRD(human resource and development).
