According to me, MMMUT is a prestigious government college with high placement and good performance in academics in evry engineering branch, whereas LU lags behind MMMUT in placement, and in academics somewhere. So, If u r getting a seat in MMMUT in electronics and communication engineering branch, u should surely go with it.

Their infrastructure includes huge libraries, laboratories, cafeteria, Wi-Fi enabled campus, gyms, Sports Complex, etc,.
As the B.Tech.branch of University is comparatively new which was established in 2017, you might get less exposure to placement.
For B.Tech. course in Lucknow University you have to pay a total fees around INR 4.81 Lakhs.

University of Lucknow (UL) was established in the year 1920. UL campus size is more than 220 acres. Lucknow University consists of 16 institutes. There are more than 20 thousand students enrollment in UL and the total faculty is around 340. Lucknow University is a state university and has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Arts, Unani, Ayurveda, Engineering and Technology, Commerce, Education, Fine Arts, Law and Science are the faculties of Lucknow University. There are a total of 50 departments at UL.
Lucknow University offers admissions to more than 180 courses. UL offers programs in three levels - diploma, UG and PG. Lucknow University admissions happen on the basis of entrance examinations or merit in the qualifying examination. If you have passed from a recognized university, with a relevant degree and with minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks then Yes you are eligible to take admission and sit for the PGAT entrance test.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you should work hard and should focus on achieving high and high in entrance exam it totally depends upon the examination if paper is simple then cutoff goes high gradually and if paper or examination is hard then cutoff goes down. Classrooms are good enough but there are no modern facilities. The library is there, but more organized and up to date in book editions. The college itself is good in terms of campus but the hostel facility is below average.
College infrastructure is really good , we have many facilities in our college campus , each department is very maintained and college campus is very green all over plants and trees , it also have huge library and cyber library too.
College infrastructure is good but it was quite old and non AC class rooms but the building was good. Fully wifi campus and department has computer lap aur library. Class room was big and sitting capacity of 80 students in class room
