Hi, Atal Bihari Lucknow University has a placement drive and lot of companies do come to the placement drive. Local companies as well as good companies come to hire. So, before you apply for job they will provide the details of the job place where you are expected to work. Salary won't be affected. But, the chances of more exposure to the companies will be in Delhi. You can also apply off campus to the companies you wish to work with. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. Hope this helps.

When you are not satisfied with the college and branch you've got and aim for a better seat you go for float. It means you have been allotted a seat and you’ve accepted the seat but you want a better programme (quite obvious) than what you’ve been allotted. In this case once you are allotted a seat in the further rounds, you’ll lose the seat which was allotted previously. And the choices considered for float will be the ones which are above the allotted programme in your filled choices list. So it’s very important to fill choices intelligently.
Hello,
According to me, MMMUT is a prestigious government college with high placement and good performance in academics in evry engineering branch, whereas LU lags behind MMMUT in placement, and in academics somewhere. So, If u r getting a seat in MMMUT in electronics and communication engineering branch, u should surely go with it.
