Lucknow University Facilities

University of Lucknow provides a wide range of facilities for its students and staff. Lucknow University facilities provide separate hostels for boys and girls. Lucknow University facilities include residential facilities, a library, sports facilities, cafeteria, auditorium, medical facilities and many other facilities. All basic amenities have been provided in the hostels. The sports infrastructure is part of Lucknow University facilities, and a gymnasium is also present on campus.

University of Lucknow library has a huge collection of books and other resources to help the students with their academics. University of Lucknow has a cafeteria that provides meals to the students, faculty and staff. There is a dispensary on campus that caters to all the medical needs of the students and staff. Boys Hostel
The university provides residential facilities to both boys and girls. All basic amenities are made available. There are 10 hostels for boys.
Girls Hostel
Basic facilities like security, electricity, water supply are provided to the hostelers. There are 7 hostels for girls.
Medical/Hospital
Lucknow University dispensary provides facilities like free checkups and medicines to the staff and students. The old campus and the second campus have setups of the dispensary.
Gym
UL has a well equipped ‘Sir Maharaja Singh Gymnasium’. It is situated on the main campus with thirty-five exercise machines.
Library
Lucknow University library is called Tagore library. The library has more than 5 lakh books and more than 200 thousand journals. There is also a cyber library in UL which has online e-books, e-journals and open e-resources.
Sports
The university has the sports facilities for all students.
I.T Infrastructure
This centre has two servers, 70 nodes with latest configurations along with necessary software and printers etc to meet the needs of the students from all other branches. All the computers are connected through LAN. There is internet facility in the centre.
Cafeteria
5 canteens are present at the old campus and 3 on the new campus. Free and packaged food is available in these canteens.
Auditorium
The university has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
Alumni Associations
The university has a good networking for alumni association.
Wifi
Internet with WI-FI Facility.
Laboratories
Well, Equipped Laboratory.
Convenience Store
The university has a convenience store on campus.
Banks/ATMs
Banking as well as ATM facilities are provided to the students and staff of the university.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
Lucknow University facilities include guest houses that have fully air-conditioned rooms and dormitories. Catering is also available at the guest house.

Yes , college faculty fulfill all our necessary needs . Our classroom is in a decent form just like what a organisation have to . Because of a student of Bachelor's of arts we can say that this faculty is the best faculty in our college. Foods and mess are totally clean and hygienic.

With a rank of 452 in the Lucknow University entrance exam for the BCom (NEP) course, not getting a seat in the first allotment is common if the number of seats in the main campus is limited and the cutoff rank is high.

However, there is still a good chance of getting a seat in the second allotment, especially if:

Lucknow University llb seat distribution category wise

Lucknow University has 320 seats in its 3-year LLB course. These seats are divided category-wise. Your admission depends on your entrance exam rank and your category.

In the year 2024, the general category students got admission up to rank 172. OBC students were selected up to rank 166. SC students got seats till rank 994. ST category was admitted up to rank 3639. EWS candidates were selected up to rank 398.

In the year 2023, the general category got seats up to rank 143, OBC up to 126, SC up to 71, ST up to 7, and EWS up to 56.

This means if your rank is within these limits in your category, you have a good chance of getting admission in the 3-year LLB course at Lucknow University.

This data is based on last year's counselling. The current year cut-off may go higher or lower depending on total students and their performance.
