SO try to go for non residential government colleges near your place so that you can save the money of your hostel fees. Now if you have no colleges available near you then you have to get the money through education loan or as per any ways which you have to figure out.

There are three government colleges in Bhopal for Pharmacy among which the first one below offers the B.Pharm course and the other one provides D.Pharm and another one provides PhD only, I am not mentioning it.:

In case of lab technology I don't find any college with low fees so for that you have to prefer your own choice.
