• Class 10 and 12 mark sheet

• 2 clear passport-size photographs in the prescribed size and format. The prescribed size (excluding the margin of the photo) is 3.5” x 2.5” showing the bust of the candidates. Each photo must have a margin of almost 1” at the top and 1.5” at the bottom.

• Scanned copies of the candidate’s signature in the prescribed format

• Every relevant certificate/degree/mark sheet of previously qualified examinations. The documents that are in another language must be translated into English and then a copy of the same is suggested to be duly affixed.
