Hello Dhanush, Yes, The BA course is taught in english language. But the tuition fee is not free of cost. The students have to pay 800 euro which is about 64,000 per month while studying at the college. The program is of 3 year duration. most of the free of cost education is at master's level in germany, it's better to go to germany after completing bachelor's.

If you want to become teacher in government school, then you need to do teacher's training program regarding this. You can do either DEd which is based on 12th qualification or BEd which is based on graduate degree. With BEd, you can teach higher classes, and with DEd you teach primary classed. If you complete you Master's along with BEd , you can teach senior secondary classes as well.

After successful completion of any  of these course, you can appear for CET or any state level TET for that matter, based on the scores of these exams, you can apply for vacancies in government schools such as KVS, Navodaya Vidyalaya etc.
