OR, A graduate of other University seeking admission to the Department shall apply to the Registrar of this University for a Certificate of Eligibility/Migration Certificate. No graduate of other University shall be admitted to the Department/College except on the production of a Certificate of Eligibility, signed by the Registrar of this University.
