• The placement cell of the college extends invitations to numerous organisations and companies for on-campus recruitment of students. 

• Collaborative efforts between the college and visiting groups determine the scheduling of the placement drive. 

• Students expressing interest in participating are required to register for the placement drive and complete the application process facilitated by ACTS Satna.

• In their pursuit of selecting the most qualified candidates, various organisations visit the ACTS Satna campus to conduct interviews. The selection process may include written exams, aptitude tests, personal interviews, and group discussions.
