AEC Chikhli offers five B.Tech programmes with an intake of 285 seats in total. Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering are some of the B.Tech courses available. MHT CET scores will be considered for admission, but for some courses, JEE Main scores are also taken into account. All the B.Tech programmes come at an annual fee of Rs. 287,720.

The college offers three M.Tech courses such as Computer Science and Engineering with intake capacity of 12, Chemical Engineering with the intake capacity of 9, and Mechanical CAD CAM-18. AEC Chikhli M.Tech admission process occur through GATE scores, depending on the policies of the college.
