Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, YES, actually the Army Institute of Technology Pune is only for the purpose of children or wards of currently army officers and for the retired army officer children, that's it. Common people will also have admissions in this college but, only after completion of seats for the army background children.
Hope it helps, Thank you.
Hello Sourabh,
I would suggest both are almost similar. However I am suggesting some facts regarding both that you may consider while selecting:
MIT Pune is a state private university established recently. The MIT WPU, is quite young and the placements are decent. B.Tech is offered in around 10 courses including core branches such as CSE, Mechanical, Electrical, and in some other branches such as information technology, polymer science etc.. Around 321 and 340 students were placed in 2015 and 2016 batch respectively. The highest package was of 13 Lpa. Several good companies such as Nvidia, wipro, cognizant, siemens, mahindra, LG, Ford, wolkswagen, JP Morgnan, IBM etc. visit the campus to recruit the students. For more placemetn related statistics, kindly refer the below link:

it is a flagship univesrity of MIT group of institutions. Kindly refer the below link for more information:

For AIT, PUNE:
it is a very good univesrity, the admissions are only for army service men. The placements statistics include several 10Lpa+ packages. the highest package is more than 28LPA. Many big companies including Amazon, Barclays, Deloitte , Godrej , Infosys , Mahindra , L&T, Samsung and many more visit the campus. The average package can be assumed to be around 6LPA. They claim to give 100% placements by 2020 batch. Refer to the below link for more placement records:

the college has a separate research wing, there are several MOUs https://www.aitpune.com/IndustryMOUs.aspx , the college features several big personalities. The college is Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, NBA (https://www.aitpune.com/NBAStatus.aspx) , NAAC with 'A' Grade Accredited.
The infrastructure of this univesrity is quite good, with an average rating of around 7/10. the faculties are qualified while some of them hold PhD degrees as well.

Hello aspirant,
Getting 50K rank in JEE mains and getting admission in AIT PUNE, i think, will be very difficult for you . This is because the JEE mains Rank is likely to be very low. The rank must be within 30K in order to get any college admission under JEE mains.
Further, the JEE mains cutoff rank varies for every year and is different for different category student. The JEE mains Cutoff depends on various factors like : Difficulty level of the paper, Previous year cutoff trends, number of aspirants appearing for examination, etc.

Hello student!
As per your query I would like to inform you that if you want to take admission in Army Institute of Technology (AIT), Pune you need to appear for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE). Since you have secured 50000 rank in your JEE-Mains exam and you belong to Other Backward Class (OBC) category you have very high chance of getting your admission in AIT, Pune. The last year closing cutoff is mentioned below:
1) Computer Engineering : 57439
2) Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering : 116905
3) Information Technology : 70137
4) Mechanical Engineering : 234962
Hope it helps!!!
Hi,
With the marks of 48 and belonging to the SC category the chances of getting a seat in IISER is quite very difficult. To get admission in IISER you marks is low . you don't have chance to get seat in IISER because of its difficulty level. Also the cutoff goes quite higher so your chances are quite low. Hoping for the best. For more information refer to

When you have to compare two colleges and have to arrive at a conclusion then you have to choose some of the parameters. This parameters can be a distinct number of events but to conclude this answer I am choosing some of the most important parameters like:
The two colleges you have mentioned are good colleges. NHCE is a private college where as Dr.AIT is a Government college. Both of this colleges are affiliated by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi , so there are no difference in terms of curriculum. Now in terms of infrastructure and placements Dr.AIT is better compared to that of NHCE. Dr.AIT is visited by a lot of companies and the package offered is higher than that of NHCE. So overall perspective concludes that NHCE is better than DR.AIT isn't that much relevant. For MCA the placement is better in DR.AIT. So it would be better to join Dr.AIT.

I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Hello candidate,
Congratulations!!
Your Answer - It is pretty lenient college, have good amount of crowd from north india. The staff is amazing. Placement is not that much good. You can easily pass in exam. ISE has very good staff as they are friendly with students than CSE. Autonomous result will be out within two weeks unlike VTU.
Over all good college.
Taken reference from my frnd who ha studied in Ambedkar University.
Hope this will help you,
Thank you.
Hello.
See it is not at all possible to answer you particularly. Both the colleges are good in different ways. It is completely your choice and it should be because you know what would be best for you. There are a lot of things you have to consider before joining an institution, such as whether the environment suits your or not, how the faculties are, what is the scope for extra curricular activities, the hostel facility, etc. So you need to make a decision keeping in mind these all things.
Hostel are good, Teachers have good experience and knowledge, The quality of education is good, Wi-Fi is over priced and slow, Washrooms in some hostels are small, The campus is clean but small to explore, Coding environment is good, Senior-junior interaction is also decent.
Hostel is present inside the college and compulsory for first year student to live in the hostel. Hostel has one study table, one chair, one charpai with one cupboard and common bathroom in one floor. Hostel menu is weekly decided as pav bhaji on Monday breakfast, idli on Wed and others. The food quality is good. For boys, hostel are provided on the basis of merit and attendance, and for girls hostels are available for all. There is a nearby market Vishntwadi and Dighi
Good facilities for students and also marking new hostels and grounds. Teaching faculty is nice and helpful for students. They motivate students to participate in hackathons and also help in research. This college is going to be autonomous soon. Mess food is awesome.
