AVM College of Physiotherapy BPT Admission Process

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy): There is a single specialisation offered in the BPT programme. MPT (Master of Physiotherapy): AVM College of Physiotherapy offers four specialisations under the MPT programme:

  • MPT Neurology: 50% of the seats are filled by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, and the remaining seats are filled by Management. Candidates must have a BPT degree from a recognised university.
  • MPT Orthopaedics: Admission process is the same as that of MPT Neurology, i.e., 50% of seats are filled by the university and 50% by management. BPT degree is mandatory.
  • MPT Cardiopulmonary: Same as in other MPT specialisations, 50% seats are filled by university counselling, and 50% by management quota. BPT degree must be held.
  • MPT Sports: The entry process is similar to other MPT courses, half and half as between university allocation and management choice. Eligibility requires a BPT degree.
