- Boys Hostel
B Borooah College Guwahati has a double storied hostel for boys. B Borooah College hostel comprises a total of 31 rooms that can accommodate 122 students. The college hostel also has a mess facility functioning for students. The fees for admission to the hostel is Rs. 18,000 per annum.
- Gym
The college has a gymnasium which is equipped with modern exercise equipment and machines. Around 100 students can carry out physical exercise at the same time in a particular shift.
- Library
The college has a fully computerised library which is the hub of academic and research activities. B Borooah College library provides a Reading Room Service, Circulation Service and Photocopying Service to students. The library houses a rich collection of Textbooks and Reference Books in a wide range of disciplines such as Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Technology, Commerce and Management. The library also subscribes to various Journals, Magazines, Regional and National Newspapers. Apart from the central library, the college also has individual departmental libraries for students.

B Borooah College has provision for various indoor and outdoor games and sports for students in the college campus.
- Cafeteria
B Borooah College Guwahati facilities include a canteen which is the hub of student’s activities. B Borooah College canteen provides different food and beverage at reasonable rates to students and staff members. The college canteen provides the much needed space to students for recreation and community building activities.
- I.T Infrastructure
The college has a good IT Infrastructure. The college Computer Lab is well connected with the high speed internet connectivity and has a seating capacity of 60 students. The Language Lab of the college is updated with modern software.
- Auditorium
B Borooah College facilities include a Multipurpose Hall which has a seating capacity of approximately 1,000 people. Various activities including cultural programmes, drama and other extracurricular activities are organised in this hall throughout the year.
- Laboratories
B Borooah College Guwahati facilities also include various departmental laboratories which are equipped with sophisticated tools and equipment. The college also has a Psychology Lab which has a seating capacity of 50 students.
- Convenience Store
The stationery corner is located near the entrance of B Borooah College which provides stationery items, books, magazines and other necessary stationery products to students. Photocopy and DTP facilities are also available for students at a reasonable rate.

This college have all necessary infrastructure like playground, gym, food court. all types of facilities like Wi-Fi, smart board, gym are available and all are well maintain by governing bodies. living space are also well maintained and clean.

College Infrastructure
The college is suitated in the centre of the guwahati city.It is clean and greenery.It includes all the basic necessities of the students.Hostels are well maintained and have decent rooms.It also has a library for the students.

Hi there.
As you have mentioned that you have secured 53% of marks,in 12th . I am afraid to say but you are not eligible to take admission in any good government college, because of the fact that there is a huge competition among the students who seek admissions in government colleges. You need at least 90% to get admitted.
But you can try seeking admissions in some public colleges which have 50% eligibility criteria.

Bsc honors is a 3 years specialisation course, in streams like chemistry, biology, physics, psychology etc. It forms a base for those who want to pursue as PhD or MSc. Candidates who have passed 12th exam with minimum 50% aggregate marks in science subjects are eligible for BSC honors.
Bsc honors admission take place through merit lists and enterance exams . Total fees structure vary from 20,000- 2,00,000.
If you take admission in private colleges then you will cost more admission starts from 50,000 but if you go through government college/ University it has low fees structure total semester fees costs 30,000- 60,000.

Hello Aspirant,
MSc zoology is a two tear postgraduate course dedicated to the study of animals. For doing this course a candidate need to have a bachelor's degree in Zoology, Medical Sciences or ant Life sciences specialisation.
The admission to this course is either merit based or entrance based. For merit based admission students have to apply in desired college and they are offered admission upon fulfilling the desired criteria.

*Christ University, Bangalore
