Bora Institute of Allied Health Sciences Lucknow hostel facility is for both boys and girls. The girls' hostel is within the campus itself. The hostel amenities at the campus help students execute both studies and leisure activities in a balanced manner.
The institute hosts a Sewa Hospital and Research Center that renders practical training to the students. Students are even trained at private hospitals. Also, students get exposure at Government hospitals such as Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Combined Hospital. Moreover, Primary Health Centres and Community Health Centres are also visited for training.
Bora Institute of Allied Health Sciences library facility comprises more than 3000 books. National and international journals, periodicals, and many more are available. The library has a separate section for students and staff. Internet access is also available in the reference sections.
Facilities are provided for the students to participate in various sports and games. Outdoor and indoor games are being arranged in college for the students. There will be a forum for cultural activities to encourage extra-curricular activities of the students to exhibit their talents like singing, dancing, debate, speech, painting, etc.

Maternal and Child Health Nursing Laboratory, Community Health Nursing Laboratory, Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory, Pre-Clinical Laboratory, Advanced Nursing Skill Laboratory, and Nutrition Laboratory comprise of some of the Bora Institute of Allied Health Sciences lab facilities.
