Eligibility:

• Undergraduate Programs: Candidates must have completed 10+2 education from a recognized board.

• Postgraduate Diploma (PGDCA): A bachelor’s degree is typically required.

• B.Ed & D.El.Ed Programs: Eligibility depends on marks in the qualifying examination and/or entrance exam results.

• B.Sc Programs: Candidates must have completed 10+2 with relevant science subjects, such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Selection Process:

• B.Com, B.Sc, BCA: Admission is generally based on merit, considering marks in the qualifying 10+2 examination with relevant subjects.

• B.Ed & D.El.Ed: Admission is based on merit in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination results.

• PGDCA: Admission is based on merit, considering marks in the bachelor’s degree.

Application Process

1. Announcement of Admissions: The admission process is announced through the college website and local media.

2. Application Form: Candidates need to obtain and fill out the application form either online on the college website or in person at the college admission office.

3. Document Submission: Along with the completed application form, candidates must submit necessary documents such as:

   • Marksheets of qualifying examinations (10th, 12th, or graduation)

   • Transfer Certificate

   • Character Certificate

   • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

   • Passport-size photographs

4. Application Fee: Candidates must pay the prescribed application fee, with the payment mode specified in the admission notification (online/offline).

5. Merit List Preparation: The merit list is prepared based on the criteria for each course (marks in the qualifying exam or entrance exam scores if applicable).

6. Merit List Publication: The merit list is published on the college notice board and/or website.

7. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification, and original documents must be presented.

Degree-wise Admission Process

• B.Com: The program has an intake of 50 seats. Admission is based on merit considering marks in the qualifying 10+2 examination with Commerce or related subjects.

• B.Sc: The college offers B.Sc programs with specializations in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, and Botany. There are 40 seats each for B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and B.Sc in Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany. Admission is based on merit in the 10+2 examination with relevant science subjects.

• BCA: The Bachelor of Computer Applications program is offered, with admission based on merit in the 10+2 examination with Mathematics or Computer Science as subjects.

• B.Ed: The program has 100 seats. Admission is based on merit, considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination results.

• PGDCA: The Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications program has 60 seats. Admission is based on merit in the bachelor’s degree.

• D.El.Ed: The Diploma in Elementary Education program offers 50 seats. Admission is similar to B.Ed, based on merit from the qualifying examination and/or entrance exam results.

• DCA: The Diploma in Computer Applications program is offered, and admission is based on merit. The number of seats is unspecified.
