For Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing, the candidate must be a Graduate in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). Candidates must have B.Sc Nursing for the Masters in M.Sc Nursing programs.

Application Process

The application process for College of Nursing, Cuttack involves:

Admission to this program is purely on merit based on the student's GNM program and any entrance exam conducted by we affiliated university.

M.Sc Nursing: The programs are offered in five specializations under the M.Sc Nursing course as follows: Medical Surgical Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Obstetrical and Gynaecology Nursing, and Community Health Nursing. Each specialization has an intake of 5 seats. For these programs, the admission is usually based on B.Sc Nursing performance and entrance examination scores, with an interview round possibly included among the selection.
