DAV College Kanpur has a basic but functional infrastructure. The classrooms are quite old fashion with benches and blackboard, and only a few rooms have modern facilities like projectors. The library is decent and has a good collection of books especially for student preparing for government exams. The campus is not very big, and while there is some greenery open space for students to sit or hangout freely. Wi-Fi is not really available for students.
Academically DAV colleges recent. The syllabus is followed properly and exams are conducted on time. Some teachers are really good helpful especially in subjects like political science Hindi and commerce. However the teaching method is mostly old school with less use of technology or interactive learning. If you are self motivated and attend classes regularly you can do well.
There is hardly any placement support in the college. Companies really visit the campus and students mostly rely on preparing for competitive exams like SSC UPSC or banking. If you are looking for job placement through college this might not be the right place. you have to depend on self efforts and external resources.
The colleges quite affordable especially for students looking for graduation in arts commerce and science. If you are self motivated and make use of the library and teacher guidance it's were that but don't expect modern teaching methods or industry exposure. Placement is almost nil so most students prepare for competitive exams.
Campus life is average there are a few cultural events and NCC NSS activities but not much happens throughout the year. The crowd is mixed some serious about studies other just passing time. There is no real college wife like you'd expect in bigger University but its manageable if you have a own group of friends.
DAV College Kanpur is not too good or not too bad. It's a typical government added college where you have to be responsible for your own progress. If you just want a degree and the peaceful place to focus on your goal especially for government exam preparation it's a decent choice.
The college is huge but infrastructure is not that well maintained although the place looks good with now it's maintained still not a very good condition all the amenities are there like departments are seperated
Academic part in dayanand Anglo Vedic college is average sometimes even teacher's are not there to take the class but they are helpful if something is asked overall it is decent but there is place for improvement
No placement cell or any committee is present for my course if you are looking for placement point of you then dayanand Anglo Vedic college is not a good option and many good options are there although faculty might help you in landing a job and can guide you as well
The college has good infrastructure with good classroom conditions and facilities and the study room and library also help to focus of study and help in concentration overall that infrastructure is ok ok.
good in academics and also as it comes in Kanpur University, which is well known in UP and it is considered a combination of both public and private institutions, so it is good in academics, for bcom degree.
Not too good but also not bad in the placement sector, but if you need placement from this university, you also need to have some external course or certification to be so serious and also have some internship.
The fee is very low in this university compared to other universities private and well known university so if I talk about valu for money I think it is, as I told it have low fee structure so can affordable.
good and positive
Library Resources: Well-stocked libraries with CA-related books, journals, and ICAI publications like Study Materials and Practice Manuals. Online Access: Subscriptions to resources like Taxmann, ICAI BOS e-learning, and finance-related platforms help in conceptual clarity.
Curriculum Integration: The college offers a syllabus that complements the CA foundation and intermediate levels, including subjects like Financial Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Law, Auditing, and Economics. CA-Friendly Timetable: Flexible lecture schedules and evening or weekend classes accommodate the rigorous preparation required for CA exams.
Job Support: For students who may not immediately pass all CA levels, colleges provide placement support for roles like accounts assistant, tax consultant, or audit associate. Skill Development: Add-on certifications such as Tally, SAP, and Financial Modeling are offered to ensure students have backup career options while pursuing CA.
College infrastructure is very good. The library here is very good and many books are available here. Students can return book upto 1 months and there are all facilities available in this college. There is free wofi available for all the students.
Behavior of the professor is very good and they help students on every aspect of academics. I am currently studying mcom in this college and teachers are very professional and solve each and every doubts of the students.
Placement facility if this college is average and very few students get placement from the college . Most of the companies come to the college and select the genious student. Placement department is coperative.
According to me in this college there is the value for the money. Fees is very low . I have done master of commerce from this college and the fees of one year was 3500. So as per my point of view the fees is affordable.
Campus life is good in the college. There are many events and curriculam activities are performed in the college campus. Most of the students participate in the activities and gained the knowledge. The staff is also supportive .
The college property can be rated as moderate and, if at all, may not be considered a deal breaker. The college pays for it by bringing in core academic programs and faculty support systems. Overall the infrastructure is average.
This college offers an outstanding academic experience that develops both practical skills and intellectual progress. With a broad range of courses that promote creativity and critical thinking, the curriculum is extensive and demanding.
Top corporations actively recruit students each year, and the college has a strong placement record. Through networking events, interview preparation, and resume seminars, career services offer first-rate assistance.
The college provides outstanding value for money, charging a fair price for a high-quality education. Given the strong academic offerings, knowledgeable teachers, and wealth of resources at the students' disposal, the tuition is reasonable.
College campus life is very good and enjoyable. It's simple to meet friends because there are lots of groups, sports, and activities to participate in. The campus offers excellent meals, cozy housing, and a clean, safe environment. It's a fun spot to hang out with people and learn.
ROI of this college is very good for which one can prefer this college to other colleges present in the same league. Faculties are highly experienced. One can get good industry exposure by working in so many projects offered to the students. The dorm life is fun and the college administration takes special interest in ensuring that students co-curricular and extra-curricular exposure is at par with the best colleges around. Campus is huge and scenic, that too at the heart of the city. Placement can be best described as Average at this point, but it is slowly improving with more of the alumni rising into prominence in the corporate world.

The facilities are good at our college. And there is a huge library at my college. Classrooms are good, labs are neat and clean, and the department is good. There are good sports facilities in our college, and there is an opportunity in sports; they provide us with sports scholarships when the students are competing at a national level.
Our teachers were well-experienced and helpful. The college was affiliated with Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur. You would have enough time to prepare for your semester exams. IT exams were held annually. Our college had experienced teachers,
There are no placements for diploma courses but B.Com helps you to improve your accountancy to become a chartered accountant and company security. This also helps in the preparation for bank exams and many things to achieve your goals in your life.
Hi, my name is Vaibhav Gupta and I took admission in the college for my B.Com course for the year 2020-2023. If I have to talk about the infrastructure of the college at those years was not up to the mark that it should be for a graduation college, though I will say that in my last year they were taking efforts for the improvement of the college infrastructure.
Talking about academics in all the years I would say that as it was a government college so it also has a pure characteristics of a majority typical government colleges in India as the faculties were not interested in teaching something updated for upcoming batches.
Talking about placements, again the campus placements in the college were nearly nill. I was not at all satisfied with the campus placements as the top members of the college were nearly hadn't taken efforts to connect and invite the companies for campus drive.
Talking about how much value for money the college was I would say that the college was good at terms of value for money because the yearly fees of the college was very much affordable and from that perspective the faculty members were also okay.
Talking about campus life I would say that the campus was decent enough but life their was nothing as they were not at all interested in any activities, functions or any other campaigns for the better engagement of students in the college.
So afterall if I have to suggest my graduation college to anybody so it's obvious that I will not suggest it others because apart from affordablility factor there is nothing in the college is appreciable. So I if anyone has financial problems they can take admission in the college for the degree else not worth it.
College looks old from outside,it needs renovation and it has no air conditioner,no smart wifi, old chair and table some are broken,it has labs with all necessary equipment, living spaces are clean and hygienic as well
I'm studying bachelor of science currently because I want to prepare for neet and I'm currently preparing for that only, quality of study is good teacher are very polite they're present everytime, curriculum remains up to date
Placement process is not so good,it is a very slow process, not many companies visit college campus and the one which visit do not provide a decent package, students are mostly not aware of placeme cell
