Dayanand Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Siwan, offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the discipline of Ayurvedic medicine. Degree wise Admission Process
BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery): This is the flagship course of Dayanand Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital with an intake of 60 students. The admission process is completely based on the merit of the NEET score. Eligible candidates who have successfully cleared NEET are invited to apply. The complete program offers exposure and training covering both theory and practice of Ayurvedic medicine.
MD Kayachikitsa: 4 seats are available for this postgraduate course. The admissions take place based on the merit list of the AIAPGET examination. Candidates must hold a BAMS degree or an equivalent qualification recognized by the CCIM (Central Council of Indian Medicine) to be eligible to apply. The course offers higher studies in Ayurvedic internal medicine.
MD Dravyaguna Vigyana: The same number of seats is available for admission into this postgraduate course as with MD Kayachikitsa. The admissions procedure is based on AIAPGET scores. To be eligible for this program, candidates must have obtained their BAMS degree from an approved institution. This program studies Ayurvedic pharmacology and medicinal plants.
