The college infrastructure is really good, it is a pretty big building, it has a really good library with wifi where you can sit and read for however long you want to. The toilets are pretty clean. The labs are also good. The environment around the college is very peaceful. There is quite a lot of greenery around. The place is maintained well by the administration.
I am studying B Tech in Computer Science engineering in this college. Some teachers teach really well while some teachers could improve their teaching techniques, most teachers hold doctorates so they are qualified for their jobs. The curriculum is updated and rigorous. There are a number of talks conducted on new developments in different fields. There can be some improvements in the teaching methodology in general but overall, it is average.
Based on placement reports, the highest CTC was 31L but the average CTC was around 4L. More than 80 percent of the batch was placed. The placements have gone down during the pandemic. CS and ECE students can get placements more easily when compared to mechanical students. A lot of mechanical students did struggle to get placed, some of them ended up taking IT jobs. You need to work hard to get good placements, if you try, you can get them.
If you get in through CET, it is a value for money deal because there is a good ROI. You get enough facilities and amenities for the money you spent. If you get admission through other ways, then the ROI is not as high but it is surely is worth it as you can get jobs that pay back the money you spend on the degree but it would take a longer time.
The students are good, I've found some really nice friends in this college. The campus is also good. But campus life is not always fulfilling, we hardly got to play sports or participate in cultural activities. The college is more focused on academics than other activities. We do, however, get to participate in some contests occasionally and they are organized pretty well.
This college, like every other college, has its pros and cons. Your experience can be good, based on how you take in information and how much work you put in to make it better. All in all, it is a decent college where you can a decent degree.
The infrastructure is pretty good and the laboratories are well equipped.classrooms are clean and spacious .canteen is satisfactory and the campus well equipped with sports facilities.Cleanliness is maintained.
I study information science and the teachers are good and supportive . They are pretty strict with assignments and yeah there's gonna be a lot of them. The curriculum is satisfactory it's affiliated to vtu and there's only hope if vtu decided to change the curriculum .
Placements are outstanding and almost 80% of the eligible candidates are placed with avg package being 8.5lac p a. The collage provides enough support through orientation classes and mock interviews and is supportive to take up internships
The wifi has less range but it's pretty fast and more tha suficient for daily usecase. There's a badminton court., basketball court, well equipment gym, squash court, amphitheatre. So the college life is pretty good.
The teachers are mostly supportive. There are ample no of opportunities and resources available to pursue your intreats in you're respective fields and you will always find a mentor to help you with you're projects.
The placements are decent as the college is well reputated and people get a average annual package of 3.5 lakhs and the highest was 26 lakhs. Accenture is the most prominent recruiter and infosys the next most prominent.
Yes, with a KCET rank of 40669 and OBC category, you have a good chance of getting a seat in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management DSATM Kanakapura Road. In previous years, the cutoff for AI and ML in OBC category was higher than your rank. Make sure to attend document verification and list DSATM high in your choice filling.
Hello,
When deciding between Information Science and Engineering (ISE) at Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management (DSATM) and Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Cambridge Institute of Technology, several factors need to be considered:
Ultimately, the decision should be based on your specific interests, career goals, and the environment you feel will best support your learning and professional growth.

Hello there,
When choosing between these options for a B.Tech program, consider the following factors:
Reputation and Ranking
: Check the college rankings and reputation for the respective branches (Information Science or Computer Science).
Faculty and Infrastructure
: Research the quality of faculty and infrastructure available in each college. This can significantly impact your learning experience.
Placement Opportunities
: Look into the placement records and the types of companies that visit the campus for each college. Strong placement support is crucial for career growth.
Course Curriculum
: Compare the course curriculum and any additional certifications or training offered by each college.
Campus Life and Extracurriculars : Consider the overall campus environment and opportunities for extracurricular activities, which can enhance your college experience.
Based on these factors:
DSATM
(Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology) is generally well-regarded for its engineering programs and has a good reputation for its placements.
Cambridge Institute of Technology
is known for its focus on practical learning and industry connections, especially in IT-related fields.
Acharya Institute of Technology also has a solid reputation with good infrastructure and placement opportunities.
If you prioritize a strong reputation and robust placement support, DSATM and Acharya might be preferable. If you are looking for a focus on practical learning and industry connections, Cambridge could be a good choice.
