The campus has good buildings, spacious classrooms, and well-equipped labs. There is a library. Overall, it has all the basic facilities needed for students to study and enjoy college life. These are sports areas and
Teachers are helpful, the syllabus is updated, and classes are regular with good lab support for learning all subjects. Labs are well maintained, and workshops help students gain practical skills along with theoretical knowledge.
Many companies visit the campus, and placements are good. A high number of students get placed in reputed firms with good salary packages, and the college provides training to improve interview and job skills.
The fee is reasonable for the facilities, teaching, and placements offered, making it worth the money spent. Students get good exposure, resources, and support, making it a worthwhile investment for their future career.
Campus life is vibrant with cultural fests, sports events, and active student clubs. The environment is friendly and supportive, with facilities that encourage learning, creativity, and overall personality development.
My college infrastructure is quite good with many facilities and clean classrooms spacious campus with skilled labs well qualified teachers spacious campus with internet facility throughout the campus.they also provide hygienic food in canteen with good hostel facility
Academics wise my college is good as my teachers are qualified and they guide me in a proper way in every situation they help us to study they encourage us to participate in hackathons and also they will provide us some internships with the help of aluminas
we have good placements in our college with around 216 companies participating and around 3000 members are hired and the number keeps increasing every year they also help us in preparing for interviews so that we can crack the job easily.
Very good infrastructure and it's very old building. You just love the environment of college. Our college had very good libraries. Free Wi-Fi system was available. Classrooms were very big and had bright lights and good air facilities. Hostel food was good. College had canteen with good service and a coffee day. College provided good medical facilities. Our college had a very big ground and it participated in many state-level competitions in cricket and volleyball
Teachers were very supportive. If you did not understand any subject, they will conduct a special class for those students. Our college had course curriculum, and teachers prepared students for it. Semester exams I find some subjects easy, some medium. The highest percentage was 9.4 CGPA for our civil branch.
Placement was good for CS and IS, IT, and BT branches. Almost 15 students got selected. Top recruiting companies were Infosys, IBM, Wipro, and Cognizant. All students got internships because it's compulsory in our college. Students opted for internships according to their choice.
4 years of your life would be memorable because you can get best education from experienced professors and 90% lectures are phd holders.
The whole campus you can see greenery with lots of Trees and well established gym and food canteen.
I chose this work because I am interested in construction buildings. Best thing about the course was that you learn many interesting things, topics about construction, and civil drawings. Events and fests were very grand in our college even I danced with my friend in an event. Scholarships were available for merit students.
Facilities and infrastructure are too good and are neatly maintained. We have Wi-Fi, labs and classrooms are neatly maintained. We have one of the best libraries I have ever seen. In the hostel, the best quality food is available in the mess and also in the canteen. Emergency medical facilities are also good. For sports and games, it is one of the best colleges having all the games and facilities available.
In academics overall is okayish. Staffs are supportive and also kinda friendly . They teach all conceconcepts and also help us to tackle. You can access very good knowledgeable book in the library. We can score good marks in internals.
There are around 60 to 80% students placed in this course. The package offered in this course range between 60k to 70k. Top recruiting companies are Bosch and Tata. 60 to 80% of the students get internships. The top roles offered are that of Manager and securities.
Very good faculties are provided by my college. Including HOD and all facilities and non teaching staffs have friendly nature and department providing individuals systems in practical and it helps to learn by ourselves. Good lab facilities n classroom are available.
I figured out how to live with less. I found beauty in broken plans....
Basically, U can join Hackathons conducted by different branches such that many events and clubs can be available to join.
Well-maintained campus. Good buildings. Great infrastructure. The campus has multiple buildings in between the greenery. Tha labs have old equipment but they are functional. Classrooms in new buildings are really good.
Academics are not at par. College provides amazing opportunities for a person to learn and grow but the quality of academics is below average. There are a very few professors who are actually good at what they do.
Placements are pretty average. It is at par with industry standards. The overall placement stats may be good because of a few companies paying good package. But the major chunk of students get into a mass recruiter who eventually struggle and switch. In terms of salary it decent.
Definitely value for money. Not just because of the education but also for overall learning and development.
Very happening campus life especially if you are in a hostel
The infrastructure of the college is pretty good, situated in the main city of Bangalore. Many good places to explore nearby and the college itself is designed very beautifully and very well maintained with a lush green campus and good malls and markets nearby. You can have a good amount of time on the campus as well as outside the campus. Every year sports events and cultural events are conducted.
In my CSE department All teachers are skilled and very experienced, especially senior faculty. Their teaching quality is awesome. They are easily understandable. I say here old traditions education system is followed. Their exam schedule is very hectic. They take exams every month.
Around 85% of students get placed, even with a minimum of 3 LPA according to the statistics, the rest is unknown what is behind the curtains. The highest package for the previous year is 54 LPA from Microsoft and an average of 8 LPA is declared as per the previous year. Some of the top recruiting companies in our college are Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, and JP Morgan while some top companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, and Microsoft. Roles offered by the companies are Junior Software Associate and others. If you want good placement I prefer to join my college.
Infrastructure in my college is good with a very peaceful environment. Labs and classrooms are very clean and neat and also have good ventilation. Facilities in the hostel are good along with the food and medical facilities being made available. The canteen food is also tasty.
In my college, the faculty is highly skilled in delivering great knowledge with wonderful teaching experiences. Coming to curriculum, it is very relevant to the current requirements and makes the students ready for the industries. Semester exams are a little difficult to pass.
Most of the students will get placed in the campus interviews itself, if they work hard for it. The highest package in my college is 40 LPA and the lowest package is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies in my college are Wipro and Amazon etc. Jobs offered include that of a tester and analyst.
Dsce has a pretty solid infrastructure, no doubt. The campus is huge with well maintained buildings and a good amount of greenery. The classrooms are decent and the labs are well equiped for the CS,IT and core engineering branches
DSCE has a solid academic setup, but like any other college, its a mix of good and average. The syallbus follows VTU guidelines, so its pretty standard tbh. Some subjects do feel outates, but if your're into self learning, you can always explore beyond what's taught
DSCE has decent palcements, especially if you's in CS. Big companies like Infosys and what no visit reglarly, offering packages ranging from 3 to 12 lpa, If you's a solid coder or have good skills in general you will definitly land better offers
DSCE is apretty resonable when it comes to fees, especially if you're getting in through CET. Compared to some private colleges in Bangalore, its actually affordable for the facilities and the education you get. COMDEL students pay a bit more
Campus life in DSCE is really good. The college has a bit and well maintained. Therers a good mix of academics and extracurriculars, so it doesnt feel too stressfull all the time. The crows here is also very diverse, with a mis fo serious students and chill people
The infrastructure of our college is good, clean, and has a greenery environment. In our college, there is free Wi-Fi which is different for different departments. There are different labs for different courses. There are also sports and canteen facilities, which are good.
There are about 30 faculties in our department. All the faculty are friendly and specialized in their professions. Many are qualified as professors and associate professors. There are eight semesters in four years, which contain 3 internal exams and one external exam per semester.
The placement in our college is quite good enough. The highest package offered is 7 LPA and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. The average package offered is 3-4 LPA. A maximum of 30 percent of the students are placed in our college. Our college also prefers internships.
Infrastructure of DSCE is good with beautiful department buildings and a park. The campus has a total area of 29 acres and it is green. Each of the department is well-equipped with the equipment required for their field. There is no shortage of any form of equipment or opportunities for performing our desired task in that field.
Faculty members for the first year which I have got are good. They help with our doubts and follow the method of writing on the board for teaching. Each of the faculty member is well qualified in their respective fields/subjects. Overall the teaching quality is good in comparison to other colleges of the same levels.
Placement status of DSCE is quite good in comparison to other colleges. For the CS and Electronics branches, the highest salary package offered is around 11 LPA, and for all the branches it drops down to 5 LPA. For the year 2024, the placement percentage was 97.8%. Internship opportunities are also great for us.

With a KCET rank of 7,727 under the 2A reservation category your chances of getting CSE at Dayananda Vidyasagar College Of Engineering (DVCE) are at borderline but possible, especially in later rounds .In the previous year cutoff trends, closing rank for CSE under 2A category was around 7,500 which places you slightly above the past cutoff. So admission in the first shift is unlikely .You may have a chance in 2nd or later rounds depending on seat availability, cut-off movements and dropout cases.
Your rank is close enough to the cutoff to keep DSCE CSE as a hopeful option especially if you're open to later rounds but keep strong backup options ready and stay updated with the councelling process.
