Dhivya College of Education offers a B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) programme. The B.Ed course is being provided by Dhivya College of Education, which is a full-time two-year degree course with an approved student strength of 200. The admission to the B.Ed course is based on merit in the entrance examination and/or qualifying examination. The minimum qualification requirement commonly includes a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university. The students are chosen based on their academic performance and marks in any state-level or university-level entrance examination for B.Ed courses, as applicable.
Dhivya College of Education offers an M.Ed (Master of Education) programme. The college provides a two-year postgraduate course in M.Ed. of sanctioned strength of 50 students. Admission to the M.Ed course is likewise under the same merit system as the B.Ed course. However, the eligibility is more precise. Applicants are required to hold a B.Ed degree or its equivalent from a recognised organisation with a minimum percentage of marks as laid down by the affiliating university or the state education board. Admission will be done based on marks in the qualifying exam (B.Ed) and/or individual entrance test for M.Ed courses, as decided by the policy of the state government or the affiliated university.
