 Dnyanshree Institute of Engineering and Technology, Satara provides placement assistance to the students under the Training & Placement Quality Circle (TPQC) and Training and Placement Cell. As part of DIET placements, students will be provided with various training programmes such as soft skills, interview skills, technical skills, placement grooming and aptitude tests. These sessions help the student prepare and get a better job opportunity during the placement process. More than 120 companies have participated in the DIET placement process so far. DIET Placement Process 

• New recruiters and current recruiters are intimated on the DIET placement drive through email attaching the brochures. 

• The placement cell finalizes the prospective companies that are interested in being part of the placement drive. 

• The dates for preplacement talks, assessments and interviews are decided mutually by the placement team and companies. 

• The Training and Placement Cell provides detailed JDs, job opportunities and detailed placement drive information including dates to students.

• Interested students who have already registered for the placement can apply by providing CVs. 

• After the process of interview, GD, negotiation and assessments, the selected students will be provided with the offer letter.
