As per my knowledge the best college among these two college is AKG College. 

It is very much better than dr ram manohar university. As it has got 3.5 and dr ram manohar has only got 2.5 out of 5. So AKG College is the best choice among these two.

This is not the case in order to be eligible for All India Quota seat you need to score marks above 560, You can however have chance to get a seat in the state category

IFET has got overall rating of 4.6 out of 5. Chennai Institute of Technology has got 4.2 out of 5.

These tow colleges have very good placement record also they offer good opportunities to the students. Faculties are also very experienced and well versed with their subjects. College life is also very good here. 

You can opt for any one out of IFET or Chennai Institute of Technology.

You might get a seat in D.Y. Patil Medical college for BAMS if there are vacant seats. The cutoff marks for admission can be as high as 450 marks and when seats remain vacant after counselling, candidates with 150-200 marks also get admission, considering which you have fair chances of admission.
