Dear Mohit,

A lot of whether a particular college is good for pursuing your education depends upon the other options available with one. However, in case of one particular college, we can ensure that it offers basic minimum necessities to the students and give above or at par standard education.

Coming to your question, Dr. RMLIMS college is a government college affiliated to Kings George Medical University (KGMU) which is one of the topmost medical universities in India. So, first line of credibility establishes itself with the college being a government medical college affiliated to a good university.

Then it isn't as new as compared to many newly added colleges this year. Dr. RMLIMS college took intake of MBBS students last year as well.

Finally, if you consider one of the most important aspect- i.e. infrastructural capacity, you will learn that it has a bed strength of 350 which isnt bad and show as to the popularity/capacity of the hospital cum college.

Hope the answer helps you.

All the best!

Hey ,

You should go for LAxmiBAi Medical college as it is one of the best colleges (rank wise) . Moreover the fee structure of LBM is very less as compared to Dr. RMLIMS college . So keep LBM at priority 1 in your list .

All the best

Hey.
For admissions in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow the cut off for the OBC category in 2017 under the State quota was a rank of
12061 and 545 marks
You can expect a similar cut off this year too. You would require a rank and marks around this range to secure admission here.
Best of luck
