Dr. Shivanand Nautiyal Government PG College, Karanprayag. It is a government institution affiliated with a variety of other institutions and offers many undergraduate and postgraduate courses. B.Sc Bio-group: The Bachelor of Science program in biological sciences is based upon the CUET UG examination with relevant subject combinations for eligibility.

MA: The college is conducting MA programs in Hindi, Economics, Geography, English, Sanskrit, Political Science and History. Admission is generally based on performance in the Bachelor's degree along with admission or entrance test conducted by the college or its affiliated university.

M.Sc: Master of Science courses are being offered in the disciplines of Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. M.Sc Mathematics has an approved intake of 30, while M.Sc Chemistry has 20. Admission is based on UG performance along with other criteria of the particular department.

M.Com: Admission in the Master of Commerce program is granted on the basis of B.Com results and any other criteria established by the college.
