It will be better for you that you start preparing for NEET 2023 if you really want a Government MBBS Seat. But, if you don't want to study again then you have better options of Private Medical Colleges.

MBA is the common abbreviation for a Master of Business Administration degree, and recipients typically stop attending school after receiving it. The eligibility for this course is that a candidate must have a graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university .

Hence, you can do MBA either from Abroad or India after studying integrated M.Tech CSE from VIT Vellore. The main eligibility is graduation.

Since you have not mentioned your category, I am assuming you are from general category. Then, I am sorry to say with a rank of 6 lakhs chances of getting a college through JOSAA counselling is really low. This year 7 lakh+ candidates appeared for JEE Main 2022, so you can understand competition is very high.

I would suggest you appear for the entrance tests conducted by private colleges like BITS, SRM, VIT, etc.
