Firoz Gandhi Memorial Government College, Adampur, and it is a co-educational institution located in the Hisar district of Haryana. This college offers a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to suit all shades of academic tastes. Degree wise Admission Process

B.A.: The Bachelor of Arts program offers 520 seats in the college and admission is granted based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2). Various subjects can be taken up according to the choice of students with all other subjects offered by the college.

B.Com: The Bachelor of Commerce has 200 seats available in this course. Merit determination is on the admission of student results in 10+2 with a background in commerce subjects.

B.Sc: There are 260 seats at the college for a Bachelor of Science. Admission is on the basis of the marks earned in the required science subjects for the 10+2 examination.

B.Sc Computer Science: A special program with 100 seats. Preference is given to students with a strong background in mathematics and computer science in their 10+2.

B.Sc Medical Science: The degree has a total of 50 seats in it. The selection of candidates is based on the 10+2 examination scores obtained in the subjects biology, chemistry, and physics.

M.A. Hindi: The program has 40 seats for Master of Arts in Hindi. The merit of the students will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying degree of bachelor's program, whereby preference will also be provided for those who had Hindi as their major subject.
