Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a full-time programme that offers candidates a unique opportunity to sharpen their research acumen and foster teaching skills. programme provides a conducive environment for personal and professional growth. The FPM is open to goal-oriented, self-driven and focused candidates who intend to enhance their career in teaching, research or corporate sector by pursuing an advance degree in management research.

A candidate going into the FPM will not only experience a course curriculum which will build their research skill and imbibe a sense of enquiry, but will also expose them to a world of ample opportunities for them to learn. They will enrich their experience in the form of the various options within the institute available for them. This will help them in their future career prospects.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT:

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who possess any of the above qualifications should have cleared one of the following tests: JRF/NET by UGC or CSIR: The candidates should have NET/JRF (qualified and valid) in the business management or allied disciplines (business economics, economics, tourism management, hotel management and Commerce) related to the academic degrees discussed in academic qualification.

Admission Details

CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA: qualified should not be taken earlier than two years from the date of admission).

Research Aptitude Test (RAT) FIIB will be conducting the online Research Aptitude Test (RAT) to assess the research aptitude of the candidate before going into the programme. It will consist of four sections namely: Analytical & Logical Reasoning, Data & Numerical Sufficiency, English Language Comprehension, and Research & Teaching Aptitude. The exam will be of 1.5 hours.
