As your rank is <2000 you have an advantage of getting a fee waiver, up to 25% on your clg fee.

But you are not eligible for getting the fee concession from gitam.As on official website of gitam they mentioned clearly that for getting the fee concession of at least 25% you rank should be under 2000. So you will get a seat on management quota as many seats are available.
