Yes scoring nearly 5500 rank in GITAM is considered to be a very good rank. Looking at the previous year cutoff rank for GITAM you have good chances to get CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) course in the college. The previous year cutoff Rank for CSE in GITAM is near about 7000 .

However, although you have secured a good rank, Based on your rank, You can not get free seat any branch of the gitam . The rank should be below 2000 to get at least fee concession. You can also get the fee concession from gitam through Jee mains, AP/TS Eamcet andGAT.

Gandhi institute of technology and management is one of the finest colleges in India for pursuing engineering or any management course.

See, the answer is YES. You  can take admission in GITAM without entrance test but for that you must be ready to afford money for management quota. The money which will paid for management quota in the form of fees is quite high as compared to average admission fees.

Generally, the donation fees is approximately 2 lakhs  to 5 lakhs.  Otherwise you can get admission based on your performance in EAMCET in a reasonable rank of around 8k and know some GITAM for guidance.

As you mentioned your rank, it is very difficult to estimate the score or marks based on the rank as it varies from year to year, and difficulty of the question paper and also total number of candidates attempted for the examination.

For the rank of around 4500  , your approximate score will be around 90-95 marks.Let me tell you that as per the previous year cutoff's you have less chances of getting seat in CSE branch,but also remember that it is based upon the cutoff's .

Gitam University has declared the result at the official website which is gat.gitam.edu. Candidates have to log in to the website and enter their hall ticket number and date of birth to check their subject wise scores and the rank.

As far as your rank is concerned you can easily get the biotechnology branch as per my view.

In addition to this there are certain factors which decides the cut offs and they are as follows:-

1. Number of candidates appearing in the examination.
2. Number of vacant seats in college.
3. Previous years cut offs.

As you have secured a rank of 3.8k in GAT gitam let me tell you that you can expect to get electrical and electronics , electronics and communication , cse specialisations branches and for sure the remaining branches. It would be difficult for you to fetch cse branch.

Sorry to say, but unfortunately Gitam University doesn't accept ap eamcet for admission. This college have it's own Entrance exam that is GAT Entrance exam ( Gitam Entrance test) . And this Entrance exam done via online , students across the Indian give this exam each year.

There are three campuses that is  Vlzag, Hyderabad, and bengaluru on the basis of rank.

GITAM GAT 2022 is not going to be conducted in Remote Proctored Examination mode, it will be conducted in center based examination mode so the eligible candidates who have applied for GITAM GAT 2022 need to appear for the exam in the allotted examination centre. The last date to apply for GITAM GAT 2022 is May 10, 2022. The examination will be conducted from May 20, 2022 to May 26, 2022. The result will be released on May 31, 2022.
