GITMA only offers scholarship for top 100 ranked students of GAT. Where students ranking 1-10 will get 100% scholarship and students ranking 11-100 will get 50% scholarship. I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for their scholarship.

You might get in hyd campus.

But in vizag campus even in second counselling, chances are so low.

I personally suggest you to take CSE in GITAM than ECE.

At the time of placements you'll get more software companies than core.

12k is not sufficent to geta seat in Vizak and every branch has diffrent cutoff so it depends in which branch you want to go.

According to the previous records this rank is not so good but its likely to get you a seat in GITAM University. Wait for the counselling and hope for the best .

With a rank of 5165 you can take any branch in Gitam University , either Vizag, Hyderabad or Bangalore.The total strength of cse is around 2k in the past 2 years and ece around 600,and little in other branches compared to the two. Based your rank you can happily get a branch of your choice in Vizag.

Yes, Gitam University Visakhapatnam campus consists of nearly 11–20 sections of CSE branch & nearly 50–65students per sections. If you jump back to year 2016, the closing rank for CSE was 28K. However this year i cannot assure you but there are chances that you will get CSE. It also depends on the campus and competition for that branch. As there are no. of seats in CSE has been increased, you may get a seat in CSE in Gitam Vizag CSE branch. Best of luck .

Congratulations to you and your daughter. 3500 rank is very good. GITM, Vizag seats filled very faster. But your daughter can get ECE or IT easily over there. She can get CSE in Vizag campus as well but chances are low compared to ECE or IT.

First of all, which Gitam you would like to know whether vizag campus or hyderabad campus. You will get seat in CSE, BIO Technology, Instrumentation, IT and all 5year integrated courses.
