i am student of GITAM bengaluru while out of my knowledge you will not get CSE in Vizag and Hydrabad but definatle you will get in Bangalore and  i suggest you to not to join bangalore but your rank is prety managable you can get other branches like ECE,EEE IT but first try for CSE

The cut off marks are still not announced by the university yet ,so before that we can't be absolutely sure about this years cut off as they depend upon various factors like number of applicants fill the form, number of applicants finally appeared in the exam, number of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidate, previous year's cut offs trends availability of seats in the institution. But you have scored very well in the exam as you got a good rank so I think you'll easily get CSE/IT/ECE with this rank. So wait for tomorrow's results and you all doubts will be over.

Yeah sure you have a chance to get Computer science engineering at GITAM VIZAG because they provide the CSE branch up to the rank of 20k.

So can expect a seat there.

See If you are eligible then a counseling call letter will be sent to you, you can download it from your GITAM account.

And then you need to fill them choices

You have to pay counseling fee

Counseling will be conducted centrally

you have to report for counseling in person as per the slot. And bring necessary document.

well geting the seat in GITAM is not big deal!! choosing the campus makes you diifrence , i mean to say GITAM is pretty good with Vizag and Hydrabad and next Bangalore so according to your querry you can easily get in to GITAM vizag  Mechanical or even getting in bangalore is much more easier as they directly take in without considering any ranks of GAT or Comedk or KCET as bangalore is new campus.

It is not possible to apply for the entrance exam now.

Last date to fill the application form of the exam was 31st March, 2018.
