The infrastructure is decent, all the projectors work perfectly but something needs to be done about the heat as it gets really hot in the summers. Recently a new block has been added in the campus as well.

Our college has outstanding infrastructure campus is well maintained with big lecture theatres, classrooms have smart boards,projector each floor has a clean washrooms , cafeteria also provide affordable food with proper hygiene

Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, New Delhi, will be the best option among the Gargi, ARSD, and Khalsa College if the distance is not the parameter.
SGTB Khalsa College is the oldest college with the best infrastructure and phenomenal teaching faculty. Every facility is available in this college.
For Maths Hons, I suggest you prefer SGTB Khalsa over other colleges; else, ARSD is not a bad option.

I guess sericulture would be better. As it would have easy topics and things which are quite easy to understand and remember. Still I'll guide you with its syllabus so you can have a idea whether what consequences you'll face if you take Sericulture as your subject.
