How is iet khandari agra ???? I got that College For 2nd year electrical engineering Should I go or not ..

Well see if you really wan to study in up then believe me you should go for other colleges. As it is not an ideal college. Only getting affiliation from dr. br ambedkar university. Their is no thing like study there. Sudents do politics all the time, riots and strike are a common thing. You should optfor other colleges, if you are not getting anything and you can't take drop then gofor it. but i will suggest you to not to go.

Why they are not asking for branch for MBA in UPSEE counselling 2019? I got IET bt they haven't asked for branch yet! Plz help

Dear Reader,

As you said you have been alloted IET but they did not asked for branch then there might be some technical error or they might have mentioned randomly alloted branch on the allotment letter. But you should mail this issue to the concerned department. also to the counselling organisation as well as IET for branch selection

You should not change your option now. IET Lucknow is good for engineering. You can have good placements if you are pursuing BTech but for MBA they don't have any placements.

ICCMRT Lucknow is completely a Management college so you can have some opportunities to attract companies. Moreover they have some placements.

But it's advisable not to change your opinion. All the best.

yes you can get into iet college but there are good chances in case if you are from gendral caste category thrn its very rare chances.so make sure you keep the backup of the other good colleges if this misses the other can get you.

I have got KIET cs branch in first round of seat allotment in upsee 2019 .can I get a better college if I go for round 2 counselling?

Hi Meera, in my opinion, there is a slight chance of you getting a better college like KNIT SULTANPUR and some more but cse will be bit difficult. I think best thing to do would be to wait for the results and then make your decision.

IET lko btech is best or jmi btech is best??

The placement and job opportunities are well in each branch there are 60% of students placed every year. The students are also placed at the highest package of 35 lakhs to the average package of 3.5-4 lakhs.

The placement of JMI is improving over year. Some companies have come for ECE mostly with coding profile some core companies have also come and last year some consultancy companies have also come like ZS aasociate and EXL.
List of top companies- UBER (30 LPA), SPRING BOARD, SAMSUNG(10.2 lpa), WIPRO(5 lpa), BJYUS, ACCENTURE, HINDUSTAN TIMES, HSBC, TCS, CUMMINS, SIEMENS etc.
The average package in JMI is much higher than IET and also no. Of companies. Most of the students of JMI get placed, it may not be 100%, but not less than 90%.

My sc rank in jee mains is 33194 will I get cse branch in iet davv?

Hi sumit ,
If you are from indore then you definitely have chances to get admission into iet davv college with computer science branch.
But if you are not then there are no seats for the non domiciled sc category student. If you have any other quota like sainik , freedom fighter so let me know so I can make you more clear for your college admission.

i am getting 5598 general rank, 830 rank i girls and 135 rank in armed forces category can i get iet??

Hello Ayushi,

As per the previous years cut off the candidate should have secured a minimum of 4000 general rank to make it into the IET. This is not certain because the cut off changes every year based on various factors. Don't lose your hope and keep trying through various counselling rounds.

Hey...i got 71.83 percentile in jee mains and 89% in 12th can i get iet davv?? Btw i belong to obc category.

Hi ! Yeah you may get it on the weight of your board marks. You have very less marks or percentile in JEE main which may restrict your chances. On the other hand you have very good board marks and get into the college if there is enough vacancy. Aerospace is the best stream here. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

IET LUCKNOW is better as compared to JMI. IET LUCKNOW: This College is good in terms of placement, faculty and academics . It is also good in infrastructure.
Placements :My college Institute of Engineering and Technology had a very good placement record earlier as our seniors and some professors used to tell us. People were getting hired for very handsome packages (12-18 LPA), but right now due to certain issues very few companies visit to our placement drives for Chemical Engineering Dept. The placement for CS and IT are good enough and companies like Infosys and Wipro come on a yearly basis.
So go through this College properly. You can come to know about this College by visiting their respective websites. Do your counselling properly.
