Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon provides various types of placements to students studying in their final year. According to the MDI Gurgaon placement statistics 2023 provided by the official website, the total number of recruiters including new recruiters visited the college is 21. The total number of students placed in the MDI Gurgaon placement drive is 472.

The batch consisted of 238 students from PGDM, 120 students from PGDM-HRM, and 114 from PGDM-IB programme. MDI Gurgaon highest salary package was Rs. 60 LPA, and MDI Gurgaon Median Salary Package was Rs. 26.13 LPA. MDI Gurgaon Placement Process 2024

Although pre-placement offers (PPO) and lateral processes for MDI Gurgaon students with prior work experience can happen until at least a fortnight before the final placements, this procedure is typically undertaken in February.

placements are good. MDI will take you places. The career trajectory is good, especially in marketing. Summer placements are the key to the marketing career. the culture is a bit problematic but overall you can make a good career.

Placements are good, a lot of companies from different domains visit the campus and offer competitive salaries. A large part of the batch also gets placed through PPOs at reputed companies. You will get good opportunities and you will have to take them.

Yes, you might get a WATPI/ GDPI call from IIM Shillong and MDI Gurgaon at 98.2 percentile in the CAT. However, getting an Interview call also depends upon various other factors such as Class 10, Class 12, Graduation scores, work experience, academic and gender diversity, etc. along with the CAT percentile obtained by candidates. After the WATPI/ GDPI round, a final composite score is calculated by the institute based on performance of candidates in the CAT, Group Discussion/ Written Ability Test, Personal Interview and other components as decided by the institute and final merit list is prepared. As you have obtained 98.2 percentile, you have a good chance to get a call from IIM Shillong and MDI Gurgaon.
