BCA: The Bachelor of Computer Applications program takes in students who have passed their 10+2 plus two with stipulations of having Mathematics or Computer Science in their course of study in preference.

B.Com: Admission to Bachelor of Commerce is offered on the basis of marks obtained in the 10+2 examination where a higher biased is given to the Commerce stream students.

B.Voc: B.Voc (Bachelor of Vocation) programs on Banking and Financial Services and Hardware and Networking are offered by the college. Admission is granted based on the 10+2 results and might be accompanied with an aptitude test or interview.

MA (History and Punjabi): Candidates desirous of pursuing master's programs in History and Punjabi must possess a bachelor's qualification in the same subject. Admission is primarily on the basis of marks obtained in the relevant qualifying degree.

PGDCA: The Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications is taken up by bachelor's graduates from any stream. The selection is based on academic merit of the bachelor's degree and may be supplemented by an entrance test.

Ph.D. Punjabi: However, candidates for doctoral studies in Punjabi require a master's degree in Punjabi. The process of admission may also include an entrance test and interview as per the UGC guideline.

Some teachers often come late or often miss the class and some of don't even come with the intention of teaching but rest of the teachers are pretty good at their work,mostly they get the syllabus done before the end of semester

is ggdsd college private or goverment based college?

Hello kavya,

Ggdsd is a private college. It has been accredited by NAAC. It was established in the year 1945. The total student strength is around 550 and the faculty strength is 19.

As far as the academics is concerned some teachers often come late and some of the teachers don't teach properly but there are also sincere teachers who teach properly and finish the syllabus properly.

The fees is low of this college and this college has good return on investment. Only 25k is charged per year as tuition fee.

if I get admission in GGDSD COLLEGE for bcom honors... so what will i do ?? right now...

Goswami Ganesh Dutt Sanatan Dharama College, Chandigarh is one of the top colleges in Punjab. It has very good ratings based on academics, infrastructure, placements. Faculties in the college are excellent. Some companies like EY-Gds and KPMG come for placement. There are various internship programmes that add to your experience with some additional information. As it's a good college if you get a chance you should take the opportunity unless you have a better option than this one.
