Degree-wise Admission Process

BA: The College offers Bachelor of Arts program. It has an approved intake of 120 students. Admission to the BA program is on the basis of marks obtained in the 10+2 examination. Students from different streams can apply for this program that provides a wide-ranging study of humanities subjects.

Government College, Bhanpuri, Jagdalpur offers Bachelor of Commerce. The approved intake is not specified, however, admissions to B.Com are usually given on the basis of merit in 10+2 examination, especially in commerce-based subjects.

B.Sc: The college as such has an approved strength for the B.Sc. programme and, according to my knowledge, it can accommodate 120 students as a strength in total. MA Sociology - It offers Masters in Arts sociology approved for intakes of up to 30 students. Therefore, entry at this level post-grad may prove competitive also subject to grades on the under degree, that have been most relevantly carried out in such undergraduate studies by one as ' Sociology or associated disciplines in a Social Science major.

M.Sc Chemistry: Govt. College, Bhanpuri, Jagdalpur. The duration of this course is two years. Total intake 20 students have been approved. Admission to the course is granted to candidates who have successfully completed their B.Sc with Chemistry as a major subject after going through the entrance test or based on the performance during the bachelor's degree.
