1.CSE- upto 700

2. ECE and MECH- upto 600

3. EEE- upto 400

4. Civil- upto 200

if you got the seat into SSM college and you don't want to admission then you need to go there for the seat rejection.

and then you are eligible for the 2nd round. otherwise, you have no choices.

yes forsure she will get admission in gcet jammu, need nopt to worry as she has scoe a good rank. so all the best and have agreat future ahead.

Yes you will get civil and electrical engineering both,  as the closing cutoff for these is around 200-220 (civil)  and electrical cutoff is certainly more than this rank.
