Government College, Solan (GC Solan) is a government college under Himachal Pradesh University. Government College admission is merit-based for these courses, keeping in view the marks of the candidate in 10+2. The capacity is different for different courses, ranging from 50 to 240 seats.

Government College B.Sc Admission Process

B.Sc. Honours courses in Zoology, Mathematics, Geology, Computer Applications, Physics, Botany, and Chemistry are offered. The Government College admissions are merit-based with a seat range of 40 to 360 depending upon the specialisation.

Government College B.Com and BBA Admission Process

The college provides B.Com and BBA courses.  The Government College admission trend is merit-based. The B.Com Honours course has an intake of 140 seats.

Government College BCA Admission Process

The Government College provides BCA course. BCA admission is solely based on the percentage of marks in the entrance exam.
