There are many government colleges in jaipur, which takes the admission of students on the basis of JEE mains ranking. Some of them are University of Rajasthan, central institute of plastic engineering, Malaviya national institute, etc. These colleges are best in Rajasthan.

but cant be sure for electronics, though chances are there and it will depend on the situation during the counselling as it vaires year after year.

So, i would suggest you to appear for the counselling and wait and hope for the best.

Since you are saing your boards have not went well. Though it would far easier for me if you can quantify your X11 board result as then I could had answered your query lot easier.

But still I'm assuming that you have passed in all the exams and also be the top 20%ile in your respective board, then you have qualified for JoSAA counselling. 

And if my assumption is right then your board marks holds absolute no improtance in JEE result. 

Since your JEE advanced paper was good then I would suggest you to wait for the result and for the official key to release.

So you must specify the individual marks of PCM subjects to get an accurate rank. Your rank would be somewhere in between 10000 and 13000. 

According to my estimation , chances of getting into a Government college are fair but it also depends on your category . You can get civil engineering in gec calicut and kannur.

This is very low rank can't say about cse. At this rank you can't get NITs or IIITs you may get a seat in GFTIs college so go for it.
