Degree wise Admission Process
BA - History, Economics and Sociology: The approved intake for this course is 220 students. There will be likely admission based on the marks scored in the 10+2 examination, especially in subjects relevant to the course.
BA - History, Economics and Optional Kannada: This has the same approved intake of 220 students as above. Possible admission will consider the proficiency of the candidate in Kannada as well as his academic performance.
B.Com: This is yet another Bachelor of Commerce program having the approved intake as 160 students. Admission is based on the qualifying examinations specifically regarding performance in the commerce-related subjects.
BSW (Bachelor of Social Work): It has an approved strength of 50 students. The admission will likely be based on both academic performance and one's aptitude for social work.
MSW (Master of Social Work): This is a postgraduate program which has approved intake of 20 students. Candidates are likely admitted based on performance in their undergraduate degree, preferably in a related discipline, and possibly an entrance test or interview.
