Government institution of Uttar Pradesh, where students are taught medical science and paramedical science. The college is conferred with the degrees of undergraduate and diploma courses with primary emphasis on MBBS. GMC Badaun has a very elaborate procedure for admission of programs so that deserving students can get through.

GMC Badaun is based on Merit from NEET-UG for the MBBS course and usually holds the open elite entrance examination at the national level every year for admission of students into medical colleges in India. GMC Badaun has got only 100 seats for the MBBS course. Therefore, the admission criteria are very competitive.

Degree-wise Admission Process

MBBS:
Duration of MBBS course in GMC Badaun is 5.5 years, including 1 year of compulsory internship. The admission to the MBBS course shall be based solely on the merit attained by the student in the NEET-UG examination, of which 100 seats are available in the college for admission every year. Candidates have to qualify for the NEET-UG and take part in the counseling procedure organized by state authorities.

GMC Badaun also provides three diploma courses:

• 30 seats in Diploma in Emergency & Trauma Care Technician

• 30 seats in Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician

• 30 seats in Diploma in Orthopedic & Plaster Technician
